Treat your nails like jewels not tools.
Do not pick or remove CALGEL with your teeth as this may cause distress and weaken your natural nails.
Always wear gloves for washing up, using cleaning detergants.
Use acetone free nail polish remover when taking off nail polish.
Remove your topcoat of CALCRYSTAL polish once a week and reapply, this keeps the gel looking bright and in tip top condition, do the same with colour.
